👕 Returns (Within 7 Days)
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear / undergarments
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or altered products
📦 Return Process (IMPORTANT)
To request a return, please follow the steps below:
- Email us at support@nanhakids.com
- Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
- Parcel opening video proof is mandatory
⚠️ Mandatory Video Proof Rule
Return or refund requests will be accepted only if a clear, continuous video is provided while opening the parcel.
The video must be without any cuts or pauses and should clearly show:
- Shipping label
- Sealed parcel
- Product inside
❌ Without video proof, no return or refund will be processed.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
